Important: These terms describe the current free and demonstration service. Paid searches and official verification are not yet enabled.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to www.paysure.co.in, PaySure's demo workspace, credit calculator, account services and any later-activated business-verification or paid features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use PaySure for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to applicable terms.

The operator is identified under the business brand PaySure; a separately executed customer order form or invoice will identify the registered contracting entity for any paid engagement. For questions about the responsible operator or a business address, contact info@paysure.co.in.

2. What is available today

PaySure presently provides a website, free indicative Credit Copilot, Wix-powered account interfaces, and a demonstration workspace. Automatic GST, PAN, MCA/ROC and credit-bureau verification, live AI research, invoiced search credits and checkout are not active on this website. Certain pages may describe planned capabilities or display inactive controls and illustrative examples. Describing a planned feature does not promise its availability by any particular date.

Sample buyer records, risk badges, scores, invoices, filing entries and reports in the demo are fictional, illustrative or locally entered by the visitor. They are not official verification certificates or real bureau data.

3. Eligibility and business authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. If using the Service for an organisation, you represent that you have permission to do so, and that the organisation is responsible for use made under its account. PaySure may restrict access where identity, eligibility or legally required due diligence cannot be completed.

4. Accounts, credentials and security

Account sign-in is provided using Wix authentication, which may include email/password, email verification, CAPTCHA or third-party login such as Google. You are responsible for using accurate account details, protecting access to your devices and credentials, and notifying us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. Never share passwords or authentication tokens with anyone claiming to be PaySure support.

We may require additional verification or suspend access if reasonably needed for security, misuse prevention or applicable law. Successful account creation does not mean that subscription billing or live verification has been enabled.

5. Lawful searches and third-party information

You may only request or perform checks for lawful business purposes and where you have the authority, consents, notices or other legal permissions required for the particular information. Do not submit sensitive personal data, protected bureau information or confidential third-party records unless a specifically authorised and secure production feature requests them.

When licensed checks become available, coverage, match quality, source, date and access restrictions may vary. A GSTIN checksum match, PAN format match or valid CIN structure is not proof of business registration, tax compliance, solvency, litigation history or repayment behaviour. Reports should be reviewed alongside original records and the customer's own due diligence.

6. Credit recommendations and the free calculator

Credit Copilot estimates an indicative buyer limit and working-capital exposure from assumptions and information you provide. The result is a rules-based calculation, not a verified financial assessment, a bureau score, a sanctioned line of credit, an offer of finance, investment advice or a payment guarantee.

You are responsible for assessing buyer identity, financial position, customer concentration, documentation, collateral, legal compliance, payment history and your own cash-flow needs. Do not rely solely on an automated or sample result to ship goods on credit, reject a customer or make a legally significant decision.

7. AI-generated content and research

When AI-assisted research becomes available, any generated summary may include mistakes, unsupported inferences or outdated information. PaySure will aim to display source references, but a linked public source does not guarantee the conclusion is accurate. You must independently inspect sources and verify material statements before using a report.

We do not authorise users to treat AI-generated statements as official government, tax authority, MCA, banking or credit-bureau certification. You must not publish defamatory, misleading or unlawfully obtained information using the Service.

8. Demonstration workspace and local storage

The current interactive demo stores entries on your device using browser local storage. Data may be visible to others using that device and can be erased by browser settings or updates. The demo does not presently provide secure, shared, multi-user cloud records, recoverable backups or authenticated cross-device syncing. Use fictional examples and do not put confidential trade documents, full PANs or third-party personal data in the demo.

Any "submit", "check", or "record filing" demonstration flow does not submit government documents, register security interests, query a live bureau or initiate a real financial transaction unless the interface clearly identifies an activated production integration.

9. Free services, proposed trial credits and paid plans

Access to the standalone Credit Copilot is currently free and does not require an account. The concept of five complimentary live verified searches per eligible customer is a future promotional offer, not an active search allowance today. No current page is intended to charge for a background check that has not been completed.

If PaySure enables a paid plan later, the applicable order screen or signed agreement will show the price, taxes, billing cycle, credit deductions, plan scope, provider coverage, eligibility requirements, renewal rules and cancellation/refund conditions before purchase. A paid account or plan will be formed only when it is expressly accepted through an enabled checkout or written agreement. We will comply with mandatory consumer or payment protections where applicable.

For any future subscription: renewal and payment authorisation will follow the terms displayed at checkout; cancellations will stop future renewals according to the applicable plan and law; refunds and credits will follow the stated refund policy and applicable mandatory law. Existing contracts with customers take precedence where they expressly address the same subject.

10. Information, permissions and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains current processing. You retain any rights you have in legitimate data you submit. You grant PaySure only the limited rights reasonably needed to operate and support the Service, perform a lawful check you request and meet contractual or legal duties. You must not upload data or request disclosures that infringe another person's rights or confidential obligations.

Where a separate confidentiality agreement or data-processing agreement is signed, its express terms govern the covered information. The public demo is not an appropriate storage location for confidential records.

11. Prohibited activities

You must not try to access another customer's information; impersonate someone; conduct unauthorised searches; probe, scrape, overload or interfere with PaySure, Wix or data providers; reverse-engineer protected services except as permitted by law; bypass payment, CAPTCHA or rate limits; collect bureau data without required authorisation; or distribute malware, deceptive, unlawful or infringing material.

We may take proportionate action, including temporary suspension, investigation or report to appropriate authorities where the law permits or requires.

12. Intellectual property

PaySure's website, design, text, software, calculations, trade names and compilation of material are owned or licensed by their respective rights holders. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access the Service for lawful evaluation or your organisation's internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may retain your own legitimate input data and use your calculator results internally, but may not resell the platform or present PaySure's proprietary work as your own.

13. External services and sources

PaySure may link to GST, PAN, MCA, bureau, Google, Wix or other sites. Those services are operated under their own rules; we do not control their access requirements, accuracy, availability or fees. References to a provider do not imply an existing commercial integration, regulatory approval or endorsement by that provider.

14. Availability, support and changes

The free tools and demo are provided for evaluation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue them, including to address defects, security threats or legal restrictions, without promising uninterrupted access. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice for material changes to paid production services where a contract or applicable law requires it. Support enquiries may be sent to info@paysure.co.in.

15. Warranties and independent judgement

To the extent permitted by applicable law, demonstration features, illustrative results and publicly accessible tools are provided on an “as available” basis, without a promise of completeness, uninterrupted performance or fitness for a particular credit decision. Nothing in these Terms removes warranties or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

PaySure is not a bank, a licensed lender, a credit information company or a government authority merely by offering information or a calculator, and access to PaySure does not create a loan, factoring facility, guarantee, insurance contract or legal/tax advisory relationship.

16. Responsibility and limitation of liability

You remain responsible for your trade terms, lending or supply decisions, verification of third-party evidence, legal compliance and losses arising from extending credit. To the extent lawful, neither party will be responsible to the other for indirect, special, consequential or speculative losses arising solely from use of the free demo or calculator.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other responsibility that applicable law does not permit a party to exclude. Any liability cap, service-level commitment or allocation of risk for a paid enterprise service should be set out in the specific signed agreement or paid-plan terms, not assumed from this free public site.

17. Suspension, termination and data requests

You may stop using the website at any time and request account or personal-data assistance by emailing info@paysure.co.in. We may suspend or close an account when required by law, for sustained policy breaches, suspected account abuse or legitimate security reasons, subject to applicable contract terms and law. Termination does not erase lawful record-retention obligations or outstanding agreed fees.

18. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India. Disputes will be subject to a court or forum of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law, unless a separate enforceable contract provides otherwise. If any clause cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to the extent practicable. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.

19. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect the launch of additional features, changes in law or changes to our services. We will publish an updated effective date and provide further notice where required. Your use of a newly introduced paid service will be governed by any additional plan terms presented for that purchase.

For account, legal, dispute or service questions, please write to info@paysure.co.in. Please do not send passwords or sensitive buyer documents by email.
