1. Scope and the PaySure service
This Privacy Policy explains how PaySure (“PaySure”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores and protects information when you visit www.paysure.co.in, create an account, use the free credit calculator or contact our team. It also describes the additional processing that may occur if you later use a commissioned company-verification or paid feature.
PaySure is currently a B2B trade-credit information platform with an interactive demonstration workspace. Live government-registry and credit-bureau enquiries, AI research reports and paid verification are not currently activated. We will update this notice and provide any notices and permissions required by law before activating features that materially change data processing.
2. Who is responsible and how to contact us
The service and website are branded PaySure. The precise registered legal operator and its postal address are not yet displayed in the current site profile. For information about the entity contracting with you, or to request a business contact address, write to info@paysure.co.in. Any separate written contract or invoice will identify the contracting entity for that engagement.
3. Information we process
| Category | Examples | When it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Account and contact information | Name, business email, organisation details supplied, account ID and enquiries | Registration, authentication, customer support and communication |
| Session and technical information | Wix authentication tokens, browser/device details, IP or security logs as collected by hosting/security providers | To run the website, prevent abuse and maintain access |
| Demo workspace entries | Sample buyers, invoice information and other entries you type in the interactive demo | Stored in your own browser's local storage; not an authenticated cloud buyer database |
| Free calculator inputs | Purchase amounts, credit days, collection periods, repayment-history selection and working capital | Calculated in your browser to show an indicative credit limit; no live registry query is made |
| Verification and report data (only after activation) | Business identifiers, authorised registry results, company filings, sources, timestamps and results | For requested checks if a licensed provider and secure backend are connected |
| Billing data (only after activation) | Invoice details, plan selection, transaction reference and tax-related information | For a future paid service. Card/bank details would be handled through an approved payment provider, not the current demo form |
Some business information may identify individuals such as authorised representatives or company directors. We treat it with appropriate care and apply applicable personal-data protections.
4. Why we use information
We use information to provide website access and account functions; respond to business enquiries; create customer-requested calculations or reports; maintain integrity and security; investigate misuse; manage services and contractual obligations; meet applicable legal and tax requirements; and improve reliability based on aggregate or appropriately limited technical information.
Where applicable law requires consent or another lawful condition for a particular use, we will obtain or establish it. Any marketing communication should include an appropriate way to opt out. We do not use a visitor's calculator inputs as evidence of official creditworthiness.
5. Local demo and free credit calculator
The interactive dashboard currently uses your browser's localStorage for demo entries and preferences. Other people using the same browser profile or device may be able to view that information. Deleting site data or clearing browser storage can erase it, and PaySure may not be able to restore it. The free Credit Copilot uses an explainable rules-based model in the visitor's browser, not a live government API or an AI model with access to the buyer's accounts.
Do not upload or type real PANs, sensitive buyer financial records, passwords or confidential third-party personal data into the demonstration workspace. Use fictitious examples until secure account-based storage and relevant permissions have been implemented.
6. Business verification and public-source research
When authorised verification becomes available, a search may involve licensed providers or official sources for GSTIN, PAN, company master data, ROC filings, directors, charges or other lawful datasets. PaySure will distinguish provider-confirmed registry information from public-web findings, user-supplied details and generated summaries, and indicate the source and time where available. Passing an identifier format or checksum test does not establish identity, registration status or repayment ability.
Credit-bureau data, including company or individual bureau reports, will only be accessed and disclosed when legally authorised and subject to any specific permissions or conditions that apply. We do not currently run live credit-bureau checks. Reports may include information that is incomplete, stale, disputed or subject to matching errors.
7. AI-assisted reports and decisions
If AI-assisted web research is introduced, data such as a company name, lawful business identifiers, retrieved public pages and relevant context may be transmitted to the configured research/AI service to produce a sourced summary. We will identify the service and material processing arrangements when it is activated. AI output can be wrong, out of date or misleading; it will not be labelled as a government-certified, bank-certified or bureau-certified result merely because an AI model generated it.
PaySure provides decision support. We do not make an automatic legally binding credit approval or guarantee customer repayment. Our business users must perform appropriate human review and independently assess material decisions.
8. When information may be shared
Information may be processed by Wix for website hosting, account authentication and security; by Google if you choose its sign-in or the reCAPTCHA challenge; by service providers assisting with email, infrastructure or support; and, when expressly activated, by approved company-data, AI-research, billing and payment providers only as needed for the relevant function. We may disclose information if a valid legal requirement applies or when necessary to protect rights and investigate misuse, subject to applicable law.
We do not represent that all named prospective data providers are already connected, and we do not sell contact lists or private buyer financial records as a standalone product.
9. Cookies, browser storage and security checks
Wix and other providers may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, fraud prevention, CAPTCHA and website delivery. The site also uses browser storage for the prototype dashboard and some account-session tokens. If you sign in through Google, Google's separate terms and privacy notice apply to its sign-in flow. Browser settings may allow you to clear or block stored items, but essential authentication features may then stop working.
If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking is introduced, this notice and any applicable choice mechanism will be updated before deployment.
10. Storage, retention and deletion
We retain account and operational information only for legitimate service, dispute-resolution, security or compliance needs, and for any period required by applicable law or agreement. Actual periods differ by record type and will be documented as production services are launched. Demonstration data remains in the browser until cleared by the user or browser, rather than residing in an account-based PaySure database. Authentication information held by Wix is subject to its applicable service and retention arrangements.
To ask us to review, correct or delete personal information within our control, email info@paysure.co.in. We may need to verify identity or authority and may be required to retain some records under applicable law. Clearing your browser storage is necessary to remove local demonstration entries on your device.
11. Security and incident handling
We use or plan safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and service stage, including HTTPS delivery, Wix authentication and restricted access to certain account-related records. However, the demonstration workspace is not a production-grade confidential-document repository, and no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
We assess suspected unauthorised access or security incidents and provide notifications to individuals or authorities where required by applicable law and the nature of the incident. Do not send login passwords or sensitive identifiers by ordinary email.
12. Service providers and cross-border processing
Website, identity and other infrastructure providers may operate systems or support teams outside India. Transfers or access will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian requirements and relevant contractual safeguards. We will update these disclosures when additional production providers and processing locations are confirmed.
13. Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask about personal information relating to you, request reasonable correction or deletion, withdraw permissions where the relevant use is based on consent, or raise a complaint about handling. The precise statutory rights and obligations depend on the law in force on the relevant date, applicable exceptions and whether PaySure or a separate service provider controls the requested record.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 and the DPDP Act have phased commencement; the main notice, consent and rights provisions are scheduled to take effect on their notified dates. We aim to explain the purposes of processing and respond to reasonable privacy queries even before particular provisions take effect.
14. Children and authorised business users
PaySure is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and competent to use the service on behalf of an organisation. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review the matter.
15. Updates, external links and contact
Linked GST, income-tax, MCA, credit-bureau and other third-party websites apply their own policies and security measures. PaySure is not responsible for external websites and cannot change their information.
We may update this Policy as services, providers or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated text and change its effective date; additional notice will be given where required. For any request relating to this policy, contact info@paysure.co.in.
